  2. Halal covers a huge spectrum in food, from ingredients to preparations and equipments. As a small artisanal baker, I did not apply for Halal certification from Jakim. But as a sensible businessman I prefer not to serve pork to all my customers. Hope you can try my french breads one day ;-) thank you for commenting.

  3. Halal isn't just no pork. It's also whether your chicken and beef come from halal source. Anyway, your baguette and sourdough are to-die-for! =)
